Overview

Primo Brands is looking for a Class 3 Chauffeur-Livreur to join their team in Québec. The role involves driving a commercial vehicle safely and managing customer relationships along a set route to support the company’s mission of providing healthy hydration options.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely drive a commercial vehicle and conduct vehicle inspections.
  • Manage customer interactions along an established route.
  • Utilize a mobile app-based system for transactions and customer data management.
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
  • Handle service calls and resolve customer issues to develop relationships.
  • Protect company assets by collecting equipment and customer payments.
  • Identify opportunities for acquiring new long-term clients.

Required skills

  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Customer service experience and some sales experience preferred.
  • Strong French language skills for effective customer communication.
