Overview

Primo Brands is seeking a Class 3 Chauffeur-Livreur to join their team in Nicolet, Quebec. This role involves driving a commercial vehicle safely, managing client interactions on an established route, and utilizing a mobile application for transactions and data management. The ideal candidate will be committed to customer service and have basic data entry skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive a commercial vehicle safely and perform all tasks diligently, including vehicle inspections.
  • Manage customer interactions effectively on an established route.
  • Use a mobile application to perform transactions and manage customer data.
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.
  • Perform service calls and resolve customer issues to build relationships.
  • Protect company assets, including collecting equipment and customer payments.
  • Identify opportunities for acquiring long-term new customers to support route growth.

Required skills

  • At least 21 years old
  • Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Basic computer/data entry and math skills
  • Customer service experience and some sales experience preferred
  • Strong French language skills for effective communication
