As a Chauffeur-Livreur, you will drive a commercial vehicle, manage customer interactions on established routes, and ensure efficient delivery and inventory management while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive a commercial vehicle safely and perform vehicle inspections
  • Manage customer interactions on established routes
  • Use a portable application to handle transactions and manage customer data
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities
  • Address customer service calls and resolve client issues
  • Protect company assets including equipment collection and customer payments
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term clients

Required skills

  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely multiple times a day
  • Basic computer/data entry and math skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong French language skills for effective communication
