Challenger Motor Freight Inc. is seeking Company Class 1 Drivers for their St. Remi terminal, primarily operating in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ontario, and Quebec. The role involves prioritizing dispatches based on various factors including driver and load requirements while adhering to legal driving hours.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform commercial driving tasks in designated states
  • Plan routes based on available hours and legal requirements
  • Follow priority dispatch procedures according to customer and cargo needs
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety regulations

Required skills

  • Class 1 driver's license
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • One year of verifiable commercial driving experience (less may be considered)
  • Clean driving record with a maximum of three demerit points
  • No criminal record with respect to Canadian laws
  • Professional attitude and team collaboration skills
