Job Description

Overview

Tuba Inc. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in the transformation and fabrication of metallic products from tubes and profiles. They are seeking a key role to support operations and the implementation of a new ERP system, acting as a technical pillar between engineering, production, planning, and purchasing.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to engineering and production
  • Program and optimize production equipment
  • Support daily production on the shop floor
  • Assist in preparing quotations for material purchases
  • Analyze manufacturing times, material costs, and processes
  • Improve accuracy of standard costs
  • Update and ensure compliance of drawings and work instructions
  • Act as a key resource for ERP implementation in manufacturing operations

Required skills

  • DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment for custom metal parts
  • Experience with equipment programming and technical drawing creation
  • Advanced experience with manufacturing ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to create, read, and correct technical drawings (Solid Works)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills related to costs and methods
  • Organized, structured, and rigorous
  • Autonomous and solution-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
