Key responsibilities

  • Utilize assessment skills to identify patient problems and make nursing diagnoses
  • Formulate individualized plans of care with specific goals and teaching plans
  • Incorporate family into the patient care plan
  • Prioritize and implement a competent and efficient nursing plan of care

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • RN License in Texas
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a licensed RN
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Telemetry nursing
