Overview

Starr Regional Medical Center is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for their Med/Surg unit in Athens, Tennessee. This role involves leading nursing staff and providing exceptional patient care within a supportive healthcare environment, part of a broader commitment to enhance community health.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
  • Establish a patient care plan in collaboration with patients
  • Supervise and mentor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts

  • Assist with problem-solving among staff
