As a Chaplain Resident, you are part of a one-year training program to complete three units of ACPE CPE through Mercy CPE. Chaplain Residents collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, and caregivers in diverse clinical settings, integrating innovative technology that ensures consistency and accessibility throughout the full care continuum. Position Details: Education:Graduate theological education from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or education completed through a Catholic formation program that adheres to the standards of the National Directory for the Formation, Ministry, and Life of Permanent Deacons in the United States.Completion of 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units from one of the following accredited providers: Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) ,Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.
