Job Description

Overview

The Merchandiser I at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is responsible for merchandising activities, constructing displays, and stocking products in retail accounts. This role requires maintaining positive relationships with retail customers and ensuring that company products are properly displayed to meet promotional objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Build displays and update pricing and special offers within an assigned territory
  • Maintain positive relationships with retail customers
  • Ensure all company products are properly displayed
  • Install point-of-sale materials as directed
  • Stock products on shelves, displays, and cold boxes as necessary
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • One year of experience in a related field
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 56lbs
  • Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising techniques
