We deeply value our partnerships and place great emphasis on maintaining strong relationships and long term hires.This is reflective in our competitive offerings to our hires including:Ongoing HR supportCompetitive benefits packages including- Health, Dental, Vision & Life insuranceOur very own JLM Rewards incentive programThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation.They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key Responsibilities/SkillsProvide general compliance support to construction projects requiring prevailing wage and other specific contracted labor requirements.Track and review certified payroll for internal self-performing labor and external subcontractors on projects.Evaluate all public contracts (and any private that have special requirements) for labor requirements (certified payroll, skilled labor, local hire, diversity, and other such labor related requirements), and work with the project teams and appropriate departments to ensure appropriate plan in place to monitor and report, as well as to ensure proper submissions to agenciesComplete periodic audits on projects to verify complianceParticipate in risk assessment on the Compliance Programs and communicate to project teamsMonitor and stay up to date of labor and compliance laws and regulations that might affect the company policies and proceduresParticipate in external party and government reviews, audits and inquiries, working in conjunction with necessary district teamsOther duties as assignedPerks Of Joining JLMWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
