Overview

Franciscan Villa is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their dedicated team in South Milwaukee. This role emphasizes compassionate care, supporting residents in their daily living activities and ensuring their well-being within a values-driven community.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Support mobility needs, such as transferring residents to and from beds and wheelchairs.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature and blood pressure.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Required skills
