CoxHealth is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant, Nurse Assistant, or Trainee for their Surgical Night Shift in Lake Spring, Missouri. The role involves providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, focusing on post-operative care for surgical patients, particularly those recovering from gastrointestinal and genitourinary procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide basic patient care under nursing staff direction
  • Take patient vitals and assist with bathing, dressing, and moving patients
  • Change linens and perform other assigned duties
  • Obtain and report patient condition information to nursing staff
  • Participate in classroom and clinical learning environment for training as unlicensed assistive personnel
