Overview

Butternut Mountain Farm is seeking a dependable CDL truck driver to join their team in Morrisville, Vermont. In this steady, hands-on role, you will be responsible for transporting pure maple syrup and other materials while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a CDL-licensed truck in compliance with transportation laws and regulations
  • Transport loads safely and in a timely manner
  • Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading and unloading areas
  • Interface with online GPS systems and utilize handheld devices for inventory management
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods using specialized equipment
  • Maintain required paperwork and documentation for deliveries
  • Facilitate routine truck service and report maintenance issues
  • Participate in annual safety training
  • Arrange trailers for optimal loading patterns
  • Provide customer service during interactions with customers and producers

Required skills
