Overview

Elite Fuels Transportation Inc. is looking for a safety-focused Local Fuel Transportation Truck Driver to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL-A tanker driver dedicated to safe fuel delivery, accurate documentation, and customer service. This position requires participation in mandatory safety training upon hire.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely operate a tanker truck to deliver fuel
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Load and unload petroleum products following safety regulations
  • Complete required documentation like BOLs and inspection reports
  • Maintain communication with dispatch using mobile applications
  • Ensure timely and efficient route completion
  • Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Required skills

  • Valid CDL Class A license with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
  • Minimum 3 years of CDL A driving experience
  • At least 6 months recent fuel/tanker delivery experience
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for ELD systems and communication
