Key responsibilities

  • Operate various types of trucks for waste collection and transportation
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials adhering to safety regulations
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform minor mechanical maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with team members and supervisors
  • Provide excellent customer service during public interactions

Required skills

  • Valid CDL A or B
  • At least 2 years of driving experience in the waste collection industry
  • Safe driving record
  • Mechanical maintenance skills
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
