Job Description

Overview

Transdev in Sandusky, OH is looking for experienced CDL Bus Drivers who will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while providing excellent customer service. Candidates are required to be local, possess a valid CDL, and have a minimum of three years of driving experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Report maintenance issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement and emergency response preparedness

Required skills

  • Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
  • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts
  • Familiarity with safety management and vehicle maintenance
