Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking CDL Bus Drivers in San Francisco, California. This role involves safely transporting passengers while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Drivers have the opportunity to meet new people and travel during their job.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely while adhering to traffic laws
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance as needed
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting while securing their belongings
  • Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents as per company protocols
  • Maintain records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other documentation
  • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Required skills

  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Passenger 16+ endorsement with no air brake restriction
  • At least 22 years of age
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
