Overview

Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking CDL Bus Drivers in Omaha, NE to join their team and serve the transportation needs of communities. As a driver, you will operate buses safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the comfort of passengers.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance as needed
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the bus
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents
  • Assist passengers with boarding and securing personal belongings
  • Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents
  • Maintain records of miles driven, fuel usage, and required documentation
  • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Required skills

  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction
  • 22 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to work variable schedules
