Join Greyhound Lines as a CDL Bus Driver in Salem, New Hampshire, where you'll operate buses, ensure safety for passengers, and provide excellent customer service while traveling to various destinations. This role requires a passion for safety and interaction with the community during your journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance when needed
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure bus functionality
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents promptly
  • Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing personal belongings
  • Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents appropriately
  • Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other documentation
  • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Required skills

  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Passenger 16+ endorsement with no air brake restriction
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to work varied schedules based on regional driver needs
