As a driver, you'll play an essential role in fulfilling the transportation needs of various communities across the nation.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents
  • Assist passengers with boarding and securing belongings
  • Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents
  • Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and documentation
  • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Required skills

  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Passenger 16+ endorsement with no air brake restriction
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
  • 22 years of age or older
  • Ability to work varied schedules as needed
