Greyhound Lines, Inc. is seeking CDL Bus Drivers in Austin, TX, who are passionate about customer service and safety. As a driver, you will be instrumental in providing transportation across communities, making the role integral to the company's legacy.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, adjusting when necessary
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort by providing assistance as needed
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
  • Report maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents
  • Assist passengers with boarding and securing belongings
  • Follow emergency procedures in accordance with company protocols
  • Keep records of miles driven and fuel usage
  • Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Required skills

  • Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Passenger 16+ endorsement with no air brake restriction
  • 22 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
