Overview

Transdev is seeking an experienced Bus Driver for the Charm City Circulator in Baltimore, MD. The role involves ensuring safe transportation for passengers while providing excellent customer service and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules
  • Provide exceptional care for passengers during boarding and disembarkation
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Report maintenance issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Uphold company policies including emergency response and seat belt enforcement

Required skills

  • Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and traffic regulations

  • $27.00 per hour, increasing to $28.00/hour in July
