Overview

As a CDL-A Truck Driver at McLane Company, Inc., you will play a crucial role in transporting goods for America's favorite brands. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before and after trips
  • Drive tractor-trailer to various destinations following commercial driving regulations
  • Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations
  • Unload trailer and deliver products into customer premises
  • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and commercial driving regulations
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively
