Overview

CEVA Logistics is seeking CDL A Team OTR Tractor Owner Operators in Fontana, CA to operate under CEVA's authority. This role allows independent contractors to haul CEVA's 53' dry van trailers throughout all 48 states, providing flexibility and dedicated support.

Key responsibilities

  • Haul CEVA's 53' dry van trailers across all 48 states
  • Operate under CEVA's authority with no forced dispatch
  • Ensure compliance and safety using provided electronic ELDs and dash-cams
  • Participate in the base plate program to streamline vehicle registration
  • Manage fuel costs with available discounts
  • Deliver 90% of drop and hook freight to CEVA facilities
  • Maintain an average schedule of 10 to 15 days out

Required skills

  • Valid CDL A License
  • Minimum one year of verifiable experience operating a tractor trailer
  • Team driving experience required
  • Hazmat Endorsement (within 90 days of onboarding)
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Tractors must be 2012 or newer
