Overview

Quality Carriers is seeking a CDL A regional dedicated tanker driver based in Chicago, IL. As the largest bulk chemical transporter in North America, the company provides extensive support to its drivers through a wide network of terminals and facilities across the continent.

Key responsibilities

  • Transport liquid bulk chemicals safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to safety compliance and road regulations
  • Plan routes for timely deliveries
  • Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load status
  • Handle Hazmat materials responsibly

Required skills

  • CDL A license
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years
  • Tanker and Hazmat endorsements (company will reimburse costs)
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test
  • Experience with Hydra-chem pump for offloading
