Overview

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced CDL-A Refined Fuel Truck Driver for over-the-road (OTR) duties, primarily involving fuel hauling. The role requires a strong driving record and specific endorsements, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate a Class-A CDL truck for fuel transportation.
  • Comply with safety regulations and enforce safe driving practices.
  • Maintain and oversee the upkeep of assigned equipment.
  • Provide support during emergency relief operations.
  • Assist in hauling various types of fuel including diesel, gas, and biofuels.

Required skills

  • Class-A CDL
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • Tanker endorsement
  • 2 years of tractor/trailer driving experience
  • 1 year of fuel hauling experience
  • OTR driving experience
  • Fleet maintenance knowledge
