Soar Transportation is looking for CDL A OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Drivers in ID, UT, CO, NV & AZ. The role involves hauling temperature-controlled freight in well-equipped trucks, providing an opportunity for drivers to maximize their earnings while choosing the truck that fits their business plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Haul temperature-controlled freight
  • Manage route planning and logistics
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform truck maintenance as needed
  • Adhere to safety regulations while operating OTR
  • Choose home time and schedule
  • Participate in a maintenance program

Required skills

  • Valid CDL A License
  • Minimum 12 months OTR experience out of the last 36 months
  • Clean MVR and driving history
  • Solid work history
  • Knowledge of reefer transportation
  • Route planning skills
