Marquardt/Skyway Transportation is seeking a CDL A OTR Company Reefer Driver with at least 2 years of verifiable experience. The role involves driving refrigerated trucks and allows drivers to determine their home time while offering a competitive wage and various performance incentives.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive refrigerated trucks for over-the-road transportation
  • Ensure compliance with road safety and logistics management practices
  • Manage routes and schedules effectively
  • Participate in performance incentives and driver inspection bonuses
  • Handle extra stop, detention, layover, and breakdown pay

Required skills

  • Class A CDL
  • 2 years of verifiable CDL A OTR driving experience
  • Experience with refrigerated transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with minimal violations
  • Knowledge of fleet management and logistics management
