Overview

Rahns Trucking, Inc. is seeking qualified CDL A or B Local Concrete Mixer Drivers based in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves operating concrete mixer trucks to deliver and unload concrete within a local route, serving as a key supplier of ready-mix and precast concrete products in eastern Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive concrete mixer trucks to deliver and unload concrete
  • Operate loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water
  • Start the mixer and manage delivery to job sites
  • Assemble cement chute and operate levers to release concrete
  • Clean the truck after deliveries to prevent concrete hardening
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Required skills

  • Valid CDL A or B license
  • Minimum of 1 year verifiable commercial or tri axle driving experience
  • Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Ability to meet physical requirements for the job
  • Transport & Logistics skills
