Golden State Foods is seeking CDL A Delivery Drivers for their private fleet Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Waipahu, HI. The role involves hauling and delivering multi-temperature control goods to restaurants across O'ahu, emphasizing safety, service, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities

  • Haul and deliver multi-temperature control goods to restaurants
  • Unload and down stack products at each delivery location
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate delivery records
  • Navigate various delivery conditions and maneuver vehicles in difficult situations
  • Follow DOT safety and compliance standards
  • Perform product backhaul when returning from routed deliveries

Required skills

  • Valid CDL A license and current DOT Medical card
  • Minimum of 1 year driving tractor-trailer experience
  • Ability to frequently lift and handle cases ranging from 5-75 pounds
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong time management and route planning skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
