Maritime Delivery Services, Inc. is seeking CDL A Intermodal Owner Operators in Joliet, IL, responsible for hauling containers from the rail yard. This role allows drivers to enjoy a balanced work-life with daily home time and the opportunity to work consistently, servicing both local and regional routes.

Key responsibilities

  • Haul containers from the rail yard
  • Operate under Maritime Delivery Services, Inc. authority
  • Service dedicated customers with consistent, year-round freight
  • Manage no touch freight within a 250-mile radius of Joliet, IL

Required skills

  • CDL A license
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • 1 year of intermodal, port, or rail yard driving experience
  • Samsara ELD compatibility
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred
  • Ability to pass a zero-tolerance substance abuse policy
