Overview

Alpha Petroleum Transport Inc II is seeking dedicated and qualified Class A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements for regional routes specialized in petroleum transportation. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the willingness to take on varied responsibilities beyond just driving.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive to and from loading facilities and customer locations
  • Perform vacuum tanker and drum truck operations
  • Load drums and supplies daily
  • Maintain accurate work tickets and driving log books
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Report mechanical defects to supervision

Required skills

  • Valid Class A License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience with Class A License
  • Experience with vacuum tanker and/or pump operations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift and perform physical duties
  • Understanding of DOT and hazardous waste regulations

What the company offers

  • Pay range of $72,000 to $105,000 per year
  • Hourly pay rate of $25.00 - $29.00 based on experience
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision after 60 days of employment
  • Time and a half pay for overtime after 40 hours
