Morgan Distributing Inc. is seeking a CDL A Fuel Driver for their Decatur, IL location. This role involves transporting and delivering petroleum products with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service, contributing to a family-oriented and growing business with a legacy of dedication since 1954.

Key responsibilities

  • Transport and deliver petroleum products to local customers
  • Ensure compliance with high safety standards
  • Maintain driver logs in compliance with DOT and state regulations
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Required skills

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
  • 1+ year of relevant commercial driving experience
  • Ability to maneuver vehicles in heavy traffic and tight delivery areas
  • Familiarity with reading gauges/metros and issuing delivery tickets
  • Excellent customer service skills
