Overview

As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver at McLane Company, you will play a crucial role in moving, supplying, and providing for America's favorite brands. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
  • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery
  • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, adhering to commercial driving regulations
  • Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery details
  • Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for job-related tasks

  • Pay rate of $85,000 to $95,000 per year
