Overview

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CDL A Delivery Truck Driver who will play a crucial role in delivering products for America's favorite brands. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before and after trips
  • Submit DOT inspection report indicating condition
  • Drive tractor-trailer to designated destinations
  • Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations
  • Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations
  • Unload trailer and deliver products into customer premises
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and DOT regulations
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Experience with vehicle inspection and maneuvering trailer
  • Customer service skills
