Mclane Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to transport products to customer locations. With over 130 years of industry experience, the company emphasizes safety and reliability, offering significant pay and benefits while fostering long-term careers for its drivers.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
  • Deliver products to customer premises, applying knowledge of driving regulations
  • Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations
  • Unload trailer and ensure accurate delivery
  • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job-related tasks
  • Knowledge of commercial driving regulations
  • Safety compliance and customer service skills
