Overview

The Catering Director at Aramark will oversee the catering operations at Texas State University Dining, managing a team to ensure successful event execution while meeting financial goals. This role involves strategic planning, client relations, and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate total catering operations, including booking events and supervising teams
  • Develop, select, and cost menus while managing department budgets
  • Implement catering solutions to meet customer needs
  • Establish effective client and customer rapport
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan for catering
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in service and presentation standards
