Marriott International is seeking a Casual Club Level Attendant to join their team in Makawao, Hawaii. In this part-time role, you will ensure that the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously, maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards while providing exceptional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete closing duties and store reusable goods
  • Clean all equipment and areas, and restock items as needed
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use
  • Practice clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain work areas
  • Follow safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and protect company assets
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and communicate professionally
  • Support team goals and respond to employee concerns
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Perform additional job duties as requested by supervisors
