Overview

As a Casual Club Level Attendant at Marriott International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of work areas while providing exceptional customer service to guests. You will complete a variety of tasks including closing duties and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while being part of a team committed to delivering the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning equipment and areas
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
  • Practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the day
  • Adhere to all safety and security policies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Maintain uniform and personal appearance
  • Move and handle objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
