Overview

The Cash Management Business Development Specialist at First Federal Bank & Trust is responsible for driving sales and managing key customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role involves customer onboarding, education, ongoing support, and executing strategic business development plans to expand the customer base while maintaining a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate deposits and fee income through direct prospecting and relationship building
  • Execute strategic business development plans to expand customer base
  • Lead sales team to achieve growth targets through effective coaching
  • Participate in customer calls or meetings upon request and support sales conversations
  • Coordinate onboarding for new treasury customers
  • Act as a liaison between customers, branches, and back-office teams for issue resolution
