Overview

The McNabb Center is seeking Case Managers and Counselors to provide client-centered care coordination across Knox, Blount, and Anderson Counties in Tennessee. This role involves supporting individuals on their journey to mental health recovery and stability, with various opportunities available for dedicated professionals in the mental health and social services fields.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop treatment plans tailored to client goals
  • Provide ongoing advocacy and support for clients
  • Assist with transportation needs as required
  • Offer individualized support, education, and referrals
  • Conduct home visits and provide family support
  • Perform intake assessments and safety checks
  • Facilitate groups and assist with crisis stabilization

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in case management and client support
  • Knowledge of mental health and social services
