POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: • W-2 Employment• $24.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level• Family-owned and established company• Dedicated two-person installation crews• Opportunities for professional growth and skill development• Work focused on high-quality kitchen and bath renovations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and other finish carpentry components• Execute designs, floor plans, and elevation details accurately• Perform residential remodeling and finish carpentry work• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site• Ensure completed work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of residential finish carpentry and remodeling experience• Demonstrated expertise in cabinet installation and crown molding• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevation details• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities• Proficiency with technology used for communication and job tracking• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and safely work from heightsWHY NORFOLK KITCHEN & BATH?At Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, craftsmanship is at the center of what we do.
