Overview

Home Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the company as it aims to triple growth over the next four years. The ideal candidate will combine expert carpentry skills with strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor a team and ensure project quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a crew of 3-4 carpenters
  • Run morning huddles and assign daily tasks
  • Coordinate materials and subcontractors to prevent shortages and delays
  • Perform and oversee a variety of carpentry tasks
  • Enforce quality control and safety standards on site
  • Provide direct updates to management and clients
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and professionalism

Required skills

  • 5+ years of carpentry experience
  • Proven leadership and crew management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with tools and materials
  • Strong communication skills
  • Local to Northeast Indiana with a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
