Overview

The Norfolk Companies is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join their residential remodeling team in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality kitchen installations and other remodeling projects, along with a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Key responsibilities

  • Install kitchen cabinets, trim, molding, doors, and millwork
  • Perform framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling work
  • Work closely with Project Managers and fellow carpenters
  • Deliver quality workmanship in occupied residential homes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of carpentry experience, preferably in residential remodeling
  • Experience with kitchen renovations and cabinet installation
  • Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders regularly
  • English-speaking with good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management applications
