What You'll Do as an Executive Recruiter This is a full desk, relationship-driven recruiting role focused on direct hire placements in accounting & finance. Build relationships with top accounting & finance professionals in your market Recruit, interview, and identify strong matches for open opportunities Partner with clients and your internal BD team to understand hiring needs Manage placements from first conversation offer acceptance Coach candidates, advise clients, and serve as the "career matchmaker" Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and company cultures If you enjoy connecting with people, problem solving, and making a direct impact on careers - you'll love this work.
