Overview

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a full-time Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to join their team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role focuses on outpatient care in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic, part of a well-respected Cardiology Division that prioritizes quality and patient service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide interventional, non-interventional, and electrophysiology services
  • Work in the outpatient-focused CHF clinic
  • Conduct visits for new and established patients
  • Collaborate with a team of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners
  • Maintain scheduled hours of Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with no call or weekend obligations

Required skills

  • Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Wisconsin registered nurse license
  • Advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant
  • Preferably post-education experience in cardiology or related internal medicine
  • Strong clinical rotations in cardiology for new graduates
