Overview

RM Medical Search & Consulting is seeking a Cardiology Physician Assistant to join Virginia Mason/Franciscan Health in Silverdale, Washington. This outpatient position focuses on post-operative care for cardiac and thoracic patients, with no surgical responsibilities and a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide post-operative follow-up care for cardiac and thoracic patients
  • Coordinate care from discharge to clinic visit
  • Assist with rounding and consults with specialty care
  • Conduct daily review of clinic inbox
  • Order preoperative studies and follow up on them
  • Perform wound care and patient calls
