Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Conway, South Carolina, near Myrtle Beach. This role involves managing Cardiac Care patients, performing clinical diagnoses and treatments, and ensuring follow-up care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting while collaborating closely with various specialists.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage Cardiac Care patients from initial consultation through follow-up
  • Collaborate with Surgical Associates, Vascular Surgeons, and Interventional Cardiac Care Physicians
  • Cover the stress lab and clinic responsibilities
  • Process referrals from both PCP network and external sources
  • Utilize advanced technologies for minimally invasive surgeries
  • Support a dynamic team environment with dedicated staff including nurses and ultrasound technicians

Required skills

  • Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiac Care
  • Skilled nursing experience in telemetry and related areas
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR
  • Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment
