Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Arcata, California. This full-time outpatient role focuses on providing care for patients with complex medical needs in a collaborative environment, enabling the delivery of comprehensive, community-centered healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient care for patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with an integrated care team including medical assistants, RN support, and specialty services
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment
  • Meet patient panel targets to achieve bonuses

Required skills

  • California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility)
  • Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred
  • Interest in rural health and serving underserved populations
  • Experience in collaborative, team-based care environments
