Overview

Intermountain Health is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their team in Billings, Montana. This role involves collaborating with a team of providers to deliver a full spectrum of cardiovascular services while ensuring high-quality patient care and experiences. The position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including evaluations and treatment.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers and various specialties.
  • Direct and coordinate patient care activities in acute and ambulatory settings.
  • Supervise and interpret non-invasive testing (echo, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, SPECT).
  • Participate in team discussions about patient care with multidisciplinary staff.

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
  • Residency trained in Internal Medicine
  • Fellowship trained in Cardiology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology
  • Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain one
